My book group loved The Art Forger. We also went on a field trip to the Garner Museum to look at the empty spaces where the stolen paintings hung.

I belong to two book groups and both read The Art Forger and had great discussions. It was interesting to learn how forgers can replicate and bake the forgeries and fool even art experts. I’d be interested in reading The Muralist and, if it is as good as The Art Forger, recommend it to my groups.
